I further acknowledge that the RECB Deed of Agreement forms part of this transaction and shall be sent to me after my subscription. I undertake to review the Deed upon receipt and to notify RECB in writing of any objection within seven (7) days. Where I fail to raise any objection within that period and continue with the investment, I shall be deemed to have accepted the Deed of Agreement and all the terms governing my investment.
